Cant Change Lock Screen Wallpaper Windows 10. After awhile, the setting page just freeze and I've got to use task manager to close it. The Group Policy has been updated, but I still can't change the lock screen wallpaper.
You will need to dismiss the lock screen to be able to see the sign in. Right-tap the lower-left corner on the desktop to open the Quick Access Menu, and open Run CMD. Go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen.
